Quick, healthi(er) comfort food

I had gotten into a bad habit of chips & fishcake & musy peas as comfort food on a cold eve when too tired to cook. Not that often, but definitely more than would be healthy. So this evening I tried something slightly different. Mushy Peas & Baked Beans & Linda McCartney sausages, yum 🙂
